What is IBS?

IBS is a team of Experienced Indigent Representation Lawyers, Administrators, Code Writers, Designers, Process Developers, and Experts in Indigent Billing.  All of whom are dedicated to you, your practice, and the betterment of the entire Indigent Representation System in Tennessee.  IBS’s systems have been designed with 18 years of experience with Indigent Representation and generation of Indigent Claims. IBS is dedicated, committed, and extremely passionate about helping its Attorneys collect all of their time and expenses and assisting them with getting paid for the work they do and the reimbursable expenses they incur.

The End Game for Tennessee Indigent Representation Attorneys

To provide a billing and practice system for its Attorney Clients in such a manner that it is affordable and highly beneficial to those Attorneys and their clients

Through the provision of low to no cost CLE and the negotiation of discounts on products and services utilized by its Attorney Clients, IBS intends to further decrease the overall cost of utilizing IBS

The End Game??? Assist in the continued development of an Indigent Representation System that Other States will study when they put together a task force like the one recently put together by Tennessee.
